Doom / metal: Elephant Tree / Skrugg / Gevaudan / Everest Queen
Two years ago, Elephant Tree’s epic headline set topped off what was to have been Anonymous Promotions last ever metal show. They’ve never been back since, so we figured if nobody else was going to do it… This is a reprise of that original show, including Skrugg (who unfortunately had to drop out last time) and with the addition of the inimitable Everest Queen!
Elephant Tree are a relatively new band who, after cutting their teeth in the London metal scene, have established a place within the current growing Stoner Metal genre. Moving into 2017, the band have been commissioned to write a track for the ambitious The Planet Of Doom feature length animation!
Down-tuned, groove filled sludge metal, like Acid Bath meeting The Devils Rejects on a drunken Saturday night!! Best served in a tall glass with equal measures of bile, hatred and revenge topped off with whatever horrible alcohol you have left on the shelf!
Doom Metal Band Based in Hertfordshire delivering the crushing riffs and dark atmosphere of traditional doom. Gévaudan deliver a thundering live set that maintains a solid groove and wave after wave of head banging riffs.
3 piece metal act from the ominous depths of Hertfordshire. Everest Queen's aim is simple: to take heavy and sludgy riffs through progressive landscapes.
