THE GARDEN HOUSE HOSPICE
Who are they and what do they do?
Garden House Hospice Care provides free specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers facing life limiting illnesses from across North Hertfordshire including Letchworth Garden City, Stevenage, Hitchin, Baldock, Royston and surrounding villages; serving a population of around 230,000 people.
They are committed to providing safe and effective specialist palliative care with dignity and respect to those people facing a life limiting illness from across North Hertfordshire. This enables them to have the best possible quality of life by providing care and support to them, their families and carers, in the setting of their choice, without discrimination.
Our Patch provides funding for The North Hertfordshire Education Support Centre; an extended ESC and is based over two sites, Briar Patch in Letchworth and Bancroft in Hitchin. The Centre supports mainstream primary and secondary schools in their work with pupils who have emotional, behavioural and social skills difficulties.
By enhancing the educational, social, physical and cultural development of the students at North Hertfordshire Education Support Centre, Our Patch helps students who are beginning to show signs of disaffection who are receiving detentions or even fixed term exclusions, as well as providing education to pupils ho have been permanently excluded and offer a support programme for reintegration to a mainstream schools where appropriate.

New to the scene, Kelly's Heroes are an up and coming four piece.Lovely and local, this female fronted band pack a serious punch and are sure to kick this night off with some oomf!

Like all our gigs this show finishes well in time for the last trains North and South to Cambridge/Peterborough and London and we are just a 5 minute stroll from the station.
