Ba’al – Atmospheric, blackened post-metal from Sheffield. Formed in 2016, they went on to win the Sheffield branch of Metal 2 The Masses just one year later, and then returned to Bloodstock again in 2025, in addition to appearances at various other festivals including Doom Vs Stoner, Tonehenge and Doomlines. Denali – Progressively-minded death/doom from Herts – essentially a ‘supergroup’ from the local scene, as their members have also played in acts including Countless Skies, Everest Queen, Earthbound and The Graven Sign, among others.
