DECORUM:
New to the scene, Decorum is a 4 piece student band from Norwich.
Made up of Beatles lovers and Britpop fiends, the group of Vocalist/Guitar player Soren Green, Guitarist Matthew Gee (Hitchin raised), Drummer Matty McKiernan & Bass player Anthony Rolf-Attkinson bring an unapologetically themselves performance that packs both an electric punch and acoustically sombre tone.
With a backlog of originals and a sprinkle of their inspiration’s covers, the sound produced is one not to shy away from.
If you’re looking for the nostalgia of Britpop and the everlasting longevity of rock, Decorum has it!
SLUMBER:
Slumber. is a 4 piece Emotive Indie band from Chelmsford Essex.
Formed in 2018, The band has played plenty of shows over Essex and branched out to Suffolk, Hertfordshire and London
Locally renowned for their energetic performances and introspective music.
For fans of Bloc Party, Death Cab for Cutie, Modest Mouse, Turnover and Citizen
KONTRA:
Winners of the guitarguitaruk Battle of the Bands Final 2025, Kontra bring a distinctive, energetic and original alternative rock experience, fused with metal overtones. Characterised by a unique blend of powerful earworm riffs, melodic vocal performances, and an intensely heavy soundscape, Kontra’s musical inspirations include Muse, Audioslave, Big Wreck and Periphery.
Formed in 2022, the band released their debut track ‘Dark Minds’ in February ’24 from their exciting catalogue of new songs, followed up with ‘Heavy Jazz’, released in December ’24.
The four-piece have performed at many prestigious venues around London including the iconic O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, metal venues Club 85, Hitchin and The Devonshire Arms, Camden. Kontra have appeared at the T.O.M.I.E. Festival, Essex, The Garage Islington, The O2 Academy Islington, The Fiddlers Elbow Camden and The Hope and Anchor, Islington.
GIVEMEYOURTEETH:
GIVEMEYOURTEETH is a Bedfordshire based pop punk/alt artist crafting candid songs with introspective lyricism.
Known for her beautifully unhinged energy, she delivers emotionally charged live performances that balance chaos and vulnerability.
DOORS 6.45pm
ENTRY £8 advance (plus online booking fee) / £10 on the door.
Age: persons aged 16+ may attend without a chaperone provided they have photo ID – younger patrons can be signed in at the door and accompanied for the duration of the show by a responsible adult.
Earplugs are available upon request.
Downstairs bar open until 11pm.
We are just a 5-minute stroll from the station; like all our gigs this show finishes well in time for the last trains North and South to Cambridge, Peterborough and London.
