The brainchild of two rabid eternal Talking Heads superfans, Speaking in Tongues have enlisted Bristol’s finest funk players to refresh the Heads classics with their tasty licks, driving rhythms and funky grooves! Entertaining audiences since 2005, the band recreate an authentic live spectacle.
Featuring a full 7 piece band, their show dives into an amazing back catalogue featuring hits, deep cuts and fan favourites. From their seminal concert film ‘Stop Making Sense’, to their ground breaking albums ‘Fear of Music’/‘Remain in Light’ and more, expect classics such as: Burning Down The House, Life During Wartime, Psycho Killer, Wild Wild Life, And She Was, Take Me To The River, Cities, This Must be The Place, Burning Down The House, Road To Nowhere and many more…

We are just a 5 minute stroll from the station; like all of our gigs, this show finishes well in time for the last trains North and South to Cambridge, Peterborough and London.
