DESCRIPTION:Presenting a night of high-octane punk rock in all its flavours\, raising money for Club 85’s * Battle Fund! * \n  \nTHE ZIPHEADS\nMaking a long-overdue welcome return to 85’s stage\, St Albans trio The Zipheads are fresh off the release of their new album ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll Renaissance’. A melting pot of punk\, rockabilly\, ska\, swing and more\, it’s an infectious sound that’s been impressing the crowds across the world for 12 years now\, having played with the likes of Discharge\, The Beat\, Don Broco\, Hayseed Dixie\, Reverend Horton Heat and many others. You can watch the video for lead single ‘How Do You Like Me Now?’ on YouTube. ‘Rock ‘N’ Roll Renassiance’ is out now on all major streaming platforms\, or can be purchased on CD or vinyl at Band Camp. \nfkn Feral\nBalstock’s punk rock queen Jade Green is also making a welcome return to 85’s stage\, playing material from her forthcoming debut album. Watch out for a new profile\, coming soon. \nThe Real McKoys\nThose cheeky hawaiian shirt-clad guys are back to put their own punk-rock spin on some pop classics\, playing tracks from their debut album ‘Greatest Bits’ – have a listen at Band Camp. \nLe Bone\nImagine an act that wraps up the off-kilter proggy punk of Cardiacs\, the majesty of Arthur Brown\, the extremity of Devin Townsend and the dark chaos/precision of Mike Patton\, and you’d be getting warm – it’s impossible to pigeonhole but for a taste\, check out the video for recent single ‘Summit’ on YouTube or have a listen to previous releases at Band Camp. \n  \nIf you’d also like to make a donation to help keep the venue open\, head to our GoFundMe page! \n  \nDoors 7:30pm\, first band on at 8:10pm.\nTickets £8.00 advance(plus online booking fee)/£10.00 on the door. \n  \nAge: persons aged 16+ may attend without a chaperone provided they have photo ID – younger patrons can be signed in at the door and accompanied for the duration of the show by a responsible adult. \nEarplugs are available upon request (50p). \nDownstairs bar open until 1am. \nWe are just a 5-minute stroll from the station; like all our gigs this show finishes well in time for the last trains North and South to Cambridge\, Peterborough and London. \nFor full up to the minute listings please consider signing up to our mailing list for information on existing and upcoming gigs straight to you! \nAnd remember… Club 85 loves you! xo
