DESCRIPTION:DUB PISTOLS + Guests\n7:30pm Saturday 19th December\, Club 85\, Hitchin. \nPleased to announce DUB PISTOLS make a welcome return for their annual end of year party at CLUB 85\, HITCHIN on Saturday 19th December. \nThe Dubs may have had an easier ride of it if they’d been a cartoon band like Gorillaz. There wouldn’t have been assorted band member casualties along the way\, for starters\, as life on the road took its toll. The multi-cultural collective has involved dozens of artists and musicians over the years — some remaining for years\, a few for the duration\, and others just popping in for a guest appearance. Their sound has accordingly morphed a variety of times since their inception: taking in dub\, punk\, jungle\, ska\, breakbeat\, hip-hop and a whole lot more\, it’s been a long road travelled. \nWith 10 sell out shows at CLUB 85 since 2015 no original band has ever matched this at the venue. With that in mind it is essential you buy a ticket nice and early as the venues the band are playing are getting bigger & bigger ! \nTickets for this one are exclusively online at Seetickets only.\nDoors 7.30pm \nAge: Persons aged 16+ may attend without a chaperone provided they have photo ID – younger patrons can be signed in at the door and accompanied for the duration of the show by a responsible adult. \nEarplugs are available on request. \nDownstairs bar open until 1am. \nWe are just a 5 minute stroll from the station; like all of our gigs\, this show finishes well in time for the last trains North and South to Cambridge\, Peterborough and London. \nFor full up to the minute listings please consider signing up to our mailing list for information on existing and upcoming gigs straight to you! \nAnd remember… Club 85 loves you!xo
