HAWKLORDS!

Originally formed in 1978 from the ashes of The Sonic Assassins, by Robert Calvertand Dave Brock (of Hawkwind).

Hawklords was rebooted in 2008 by former Hawkwind alumni, including Nik Turnerand guitarist Jerry Richards, to play a celebratory concert for founder member, the late Robert Calvert, lyricist for Hawkwind’s 1970s hit classic, ‘Silver Machine’.

Since 2008 the band has toured the UK and Europe extensively, released two live DVD concerts and is touring their 12th consecutive album of original material, ‘S P A C E’, across the UK throughout October 2023.

The band’s critically acclaimed 2021 CD release, ‘TIME’, charted at number 7 in the Official UK Top 40 Rock & Metal Chart and at number 29 in the Official UK Top 30 Indie Album Chart.

Band members for The Space Time Continuum Tour 2023 include: JERRY RICHARDS Guitar and Vocals – veteran of the UK free festival scene of the 1980’s.
Lead guitarist, writer and producer with Hawkwind,1996 to 2001 and a founder member of The Hawklords.

DAVE PEARCE: Drums – Dave has been a member of Hawklords for more than 10years and also plays with the renowned British psyche-rock band The Bevis Frond.

MR DIBS: Bass and Vocals – former bassist and lead vocalist with Hawkwind for over 10 years. Dibs joined Hawklords in 2021.
