As close as we can get to St Georges Day on a weekend night we are delighted to bring The Dekkertones back to Club 85 in Hitchin for a ‘St Georges Day Skank’ !
The DekkerTones are a 9 piece ska / reggae / rocksteady / 2tone covers band playing authentic ska and reggae from the late 60’s Trojan and Bluebeat scene right through to the 2tone era. Packing out venues around the region this mighty warhorse of Ska and Reggae play a set of over 2 hours getting the party started in the room every time and for lovers of that music this is a night not to be missed !
Last seen at Club 85 with Neville Staple the band have been busy making a name for themselves packing out venues up and down the land.
