Formed in Dunfermline in 1977, with Richard Jobson up front and Stuart Adamson on guitar. John Peel played them, they supported The Clash, and then came Into The Valley, The Saints Are Coming, Masquerade and Working For The Yankee Dollar. Jobson still fronts the band, now a stripped back four piece with Peter Byrchmore of The Membranes on guitar.

Kirk Brandon formed Theatre of Hate in 1980 out of punk band The Pack. Their debut album Westworld, produced by Mick Jones of The Clash, held the number one indie spot for 21 weeks, and Do You Believe In The Westworld is still an anthem in clubs worldwide. Kirk and Stan Stammers lead the band, playing the classics with new songs alongside.
