These terms cover tickets bought on club-85.co.uk. Tickets bought from other sellers are covered by their terms. Some gigs are put on by other promoters. We sell their tickets on their behalf: the ticket price goes to the promoter and the booking fee is ours. The gig page says who the promoter is.
- Prices shown include the booking fee. You see the full price before you pay.
- Your ticket reference is your ticket. Keep the confirmation email.
- If a gig is cancelled you get a full refund, including the booking fee, to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
- If a gig is postponed your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can’t make the new date, contact us within 14 days of the new date being announced for a refund.
- Otherwise tickets can’t be refunded or exchanged, except where the law says they must be.
- Age limits and ID rules on the gig page apply. If you are refused entry for not meeting them, no refund is due.
- We may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks our house policy, is drunk or is a danger to others, without a refund.
- Tickets must not be resold for more than face value.
- Line ups and times can change. We will tell you about any big changes by email.
