Visiting and FAQ

Most of our gigs are open to all ages, as long as under 16s are signed in at the desk on entry and stay with a responsible adult (18 or over) for the whole gig. Under 16s will be offered hearing protection on entry. Under 12s must wear hearing protection in the main venue room.

A few of our gigs are 18+ only and are clearly marked as such. If you are unsure, check the event page for the gig.

Please bring valid photo ID and be ready to show it if staff ask.

What we accept

• Driving licence: a valid UK or international photocard driving licence (full or provisional).
• Passport: a valid UK or international passport.
• PASS accredited cards, such as a CitizenCard.

Tickets bought on this website are e-tickets, and you’ll get an email confirmation as proof of purchase. We also host tickets from sellers such as See Tickets and WeGotTickets, and they send you an email confirmation too.

If a gig isn’t sold out there are usually tickets on the door, often at a slightly higher price. Card and cash taken.

Gig times are on each gig’s event page. Bar 85 is open from 12pm every day.

We will always do what we can for anyone who needs it. Get in touch before you come down, tell us what you need and we’ll do our best to provide it.

We offer a free Essential Companion Ticket for visitors who need the support of a carer or companion. Let the box office know on entry, or contact us before the gig to arrange it.
